                            RESOLUTION NO.    21307 
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                 THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER
                 INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE
                 CHATTANOOGA HOUSING AUTHORITY RELATIVE TO
                 CONSULTING SERVICES WITH GRANT PLANNING/
                 PREPARATION ON THE SOUTHERN STREET AFFORDABLE
                 HOUSING PROJECT, NOT TO EXCEED FIFTEEN THOUSAND
                 DOLLARS ($15,000.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to execute a
       Memorandum of Agreement with the Chattanooga Housing Authority
       relative to consulting services with Grant Planning/Preparation 
on
       the Southern Street Affordable Housing Project, not to exceed
       $15,000.00.
